FIRECRACKER !!!   Started over 50 years ago in a little town in Center Point, Alabama.  Charlie owned a gas station and made Firecracker Chicken every Saturday.  Fortunately, he shared his sauce recipe with us in the 1970's.  It is a delicious twist on North Carolina-style vinegar bbq sauce.  Punches you in the face with a tabasco pepper spicy sweetness and a tangy vinegar kick.  All your tastebuds get some love...salty, sweet, and tangy with no bitterness.  Excellent on pork, chicken, collard and turnip greens.  Makes an incredible brine for meats.  Mix 50/50 with water and sliced cucumbers for the best pickles you've ever had.

    This goes on everything!

I’ve never had a more versatile sauce! It is good on any type of meat, used as a marinade, and even making pickles! Just enough heat for everyone in the family.
